About this role

Hello. We’re Teya.

Teya was founded on a simple belief: local businesses deserve better.

They are the cafés, restaurants, salons, shops and entrepreneurs that bring character to our high streets, create jobs and keep communities moving. Yet for too long, financial services has made life harder for them - with clunky tools, poor support and complexity that gets in the way of running a business.

Teya exists to change that.

We’re building a financial platform for local businesses across Europe - one built around simple tools, thoughtful design and real human support. Our Members rely on us to help them run their business with confidence, and that responsibility shapes the way we work.

We move fast. We care about quality. We stay close to the detail. And we believe great performance and genuine hospitality should go hand in hand.

If you want to build meaningful products, solve real problems and make a genuine difference for local businesses, we’d love to hear from you

About the Supply Chain team

Supply Chain owns the end-to-end lifecycle of Teya’s payment terminals: sourcing hardware, moving it from manufacturer to each market, allocating stock against live merchant demand, tracking the deployed fleet, and recovering devices when merchants churn. The team runs on a Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) rhythm and is measured on clear operational outcomes across fleet efficiency, cost and service. Our job, put simply, is to get the right terminal to the right merchant at the right time, as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible.

The Role

The Supply Chain Business Analyst is the analytical engine of the team. You turn fleet, stock, demand, cost and productivity data into the decisions that keep terminals flowing to merchants — and keep our unit economics healthy. You will own our planning models, our KPI and SLA reporting, and the financial analysis behind key calls such as how much stock to hold per market and whether to run operations in-house or outsource them. You report directly to the Head of Supply Chain and work closely with Operations, Finance, Procurement and the country teams.

Key Responsibilities

S&OP and stock management

Run the demand and supply planning cycle. Set and maintain stock targets per market, balance lead times against demand forecasts, and prevent both stock-outs and costly overstock.

SLA and KPI tracking and reporting

Own the reporting for the team’s core KPIs and service-level targets across fleet efficiency, device recovery and delivery performance. Surface risks early and turn numbers into action.

Budget tracking and monitoring

Track spend against budget and unit economics, monitor variances, and give the Head of Supply Chain a clear, current view of where money is going.

Financial analysis for make-or-buy and procurement decisions

Build the financial models behind in-house versus outsourced decisions, quantify the trade-offs, and recommend the option that best balances cost, service and risk.

Productivity and workforce planning

Model capacity and cost — linking terminal volumes and SLAs to headcount and shift plans.

Your Story

Must have

  • Proven experience in supply chain, S&OP, operations or a comparable analytical function.

  • Strong hands-on data skills — writing your own queries (SQL, e.g. in Snowflake), advanced spreadsheet modelling, and turning raw data into clear reporting.

  • Comfort with budgets and financial analysis, including cost modelling and make-or-buy / business-case work.

  • A genuinely data-driven approach — you reach for evidence before opinion, and you can defend your numbers.

  • The ability to connect data with AI — using tools like Claude for AI-assisted coding and agents, and Vercel to build and ship lightweight apps and dashboards — to remove manual work and scale your own impact.

Beyond the skills, this role needs a certain kind of person. You will thrive here if you:

  • Are driven by results — you measure yourself on impact, not activity.

  • Take real ownership — you treat problems as yours to solve end-to-end, without waiting to be told, and you take pride in what you ship. Quality matters to you.

  • Adapt fast and stay curious — you stay effective in a fast-paced, changing environment, are comfortable with ambiguity, learn quickly, and are curious about new tools and better ways of working.

  • Are obsessed with improvement — you are never quite satisfied, and you keep making the process, the data and yourself better.

The Perks

  • Physical and mental health support through our partnership with GymPass giving free access to over 1,500 gyms in the UK, 1-1 therapy, meditation sessions, digital fitness and nutrition apps

  • Our company offers extended and improved maternity and paternity leave choices, giving employees more flexibility and support

  • Cycle-to-Work Scheme

  • Health and Life Insurance

  • Pension Scheme

  • 25 days of Annual Leave (+ Bank Holidays)

  • Office snacks every day

  • Friendly, comfortable and informal office environment in Central London
