Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment operations and sourcing activities.
- Coordinate directly with Hiring Managers and provide hiring updates.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and recruiters.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
- Lead phone screening and scheduling teams to meet daily targets.
- Maximize lead generation through various sourcing channels.
- Prepare, validate, and present recruitment reports.
- Support near-hire training and Skills Enhancement Training (SET) programs.
- Collaborate with Sourcing, Recruitment, and Operations teams.
- Handle escalations, resolve concerns, and support internal customers..
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of people management experience.
- Minimum 3 years of Recruitment or Sales experience.
- BPO or recruitment agency experience preferred.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
