What you will do but not limited to:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Assist in onboarding activities to ensure a smooth new hire experience.
- Support the planning, coordination, and administration of learning and development programs.
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records accurately.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal HR projects.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking related to recruitment and talent development trends.
- Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Human Resources.
- Have Previous internship or organizational experience in HR, recruitment, training, or event management is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, or recruitment platforms is an advantage.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
