Job Description

Responsibilities

• Update, monitor, and publish approved job openings across online hiring channels.
• Actively source and approach potential candidates to build talent pipelines under team guidance.
• Support recruitment activities for assigned levels and functional departments.
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for test arrangements and multi-round interview schedules.
• Engage directly with candidates to answer inquiries and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Update and maintain recruitment status, candidate databases, and referral data (from internal and external sources) in a timely and accurate manner.
• Support onboarding and follow up on new hires.
• Design and update visual templates (using Canva/Photoshop) for internal activities, referral programs, and recruitment campaigns.

Qualifications

• 4th year or fresh graduated students. 
• Knowledge and determination to grow in recruitment field
• Experience in recruitment sourcing is a great advantage (Have experience in MASS recruitment is a plus).
• Eyes for details, heart for improvement and motivation to conquer all difficulties.
• Proactive, eager to learn & willingness to connect with people.
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks.
• No hesitation in taking extra effort with can-do attitude.
• Fluency in English.
• Design/Content Skills (E.g: Photoshop/Canva) is a great plus.
