Talent Acquisition- Sourcer Partner I

About the Role

We are looking for a Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team in Mexico — someone who can confidently manage a high volume of concurrent searches across multiple key departments of the company, without sacrificing quality or candidate experience. In this role, you'll own the search strategy and candidate experience execution for the business lines and contribute to projects that improve how we attract and hire talent across one of the fastest-growing freight technology companies in the world.

What You'll Do

• Manage active requisitions simultaneously across different stages of the hiring process — sourcing and interviewing — maintaining clear pipeline visibility and prioritizing effectively without dropping the ball.
• Own the end-to-end sourcing process: talent research, sourcing and candidate assessment.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies that build strong, diverse talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs.
• Partner strategically with hiring managers to align on expectations, design consistent interview processes, and drive quality hires across the organization.
• Leverage ATS reports, dashboards, and sourcing metrics to manage pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and present data-backed insights to the business.
• Deliver a consistently positive candidate experience through proactive communication and engagement at every stage of the process.
• Collaborate with the broader Uber Freight TA team to support process improvements and share knowledge across the function.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in Talent Acquisition basics. 
• High-volume sourcing experience: demonstrated ability to manage several active requisitions simultaneously across multiple stages of the selection process, in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills to maintain full pipeline visibility across multiple roles without compromising candidate quality or experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to use sourcing data and metrics to influence recruiting decisions and back hiring goals.
• Experience building partnerships with cross-functional teams (Recruiting, HR, Total Rewards).
  

  Nice to have: Familiarity with the logistics, supply chain, or customs/freight brokerage industry — whether through recruiting for those types of roles or having worked directly in the space. This context helps you understand the business and engage candidates more effectively.
