This is an opportunity to make a visible impact across Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Capabilities, and Learning & Development while exploring new ways to use AI and modern tools to improve how we work.  This role is ideal for a proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys creating structure, improving processes, anticipating needs, and helping others work more effectively. You'll serve as a trusted point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, employees, and cross-functional partners. Your reliability, judgment, and attention to detail will directly influence the experience people have with R365—and help raise the bar for how Talent Solutions operates.
