Talent Development Coordinator - Temporary (4 months)

Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX: As Talent Development Coordinator, you will join a passionate and dynamic Global Talent Management & People Strategy Team, and will be responsible for supporting the administration of the organization's Learning Management System (LMS) and the coordination of key learning and development operations. This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid work. We seek to drive greater alignment, to develop and foster rapport, to create trust and maintain partnership throughout the organization. As the Talent Development Coordinator, you will ensure the LMS is accurate, compliant, and user-friendly while providing project, reporting, communication, and administrative support across talent development programs and initiatives.
