About this role

We are looking for an experienced and people-focused Talent Manager to lead a team of Talent Management Executives responsible for booking and managing promotional staff across a wide range of brand activation campaigns, including roadshows, experiential activity and PR campaigns.

This is not an HR or traditional Talent Acquisition role. The focus is on the day-to-day operational management of a team responsible for delivering campaign staffing requirements, ensuring the right promotional staff are booked for the right campaigns, targets are achieved and high standards of quality and service are maintained.

Managing a team of around five Talent Management Executives, you will be responsible for overseeing campaign fulfilment, monitoring team performance, coaching and developing your team, and ensuring an excellent experience for both our clients and contractor network.

This is a fast-paced, target-driven role that would suit an experienced team leader or manager from a staffing, resourcing, bookings, workforce planning, recruitment operations or agency environment. You will need strong leadership and organisational skills, a commercial mindset and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high standards.
