Job Description

Log in, arrange, and deliver samples to team members; prepare samples including cutting, scraping, and

weighing,… and Storage sample

Nhận mẫu, sắp xếp và giao mẫu cho các thành viên nhóm; chuẩn bị mẫu bao gồm cắt, cạo và cân.,… và lưu

kho.

Trách nhiệm chính (Main Responsibilities) 

- Log-in and use barcode for scanning on system/ Nhận mẫu và sử dụng mã vạch để quét trên hệ

thống.

- Prepare samples for every test method assigned by direct management such as: weighing,

scraping…/ Chuẩn bị mẫu theo từng phương pháp thử do quản lý trực tiếp giao như: cân, cạo…

- Take samples at HL, SL Division and outside area assigned by superiors/ Lấy mẫu tại Phòng HL, SL

và khu vực ngoài do cấp trên phân công

- Record, code and store samples complying with regulations to avoid confusion between samples/

Ghi chép, mã hóa và lưu mẫu theo đúng quy định, tránh nhầm lẫn giữa các mẫu

- Comply with safety regulations in the laboratory, such as lab coat, gloves, masks, goggles, safety

shoes.../ Tuân thủ các quy định về an toàn trong phòng thí nghiệm như áo khoác, găng tay, khẩu

trang, kính bảo hộ, giày bảo hộ...

Qualifications

Kinh nghiệm (Experiences): Fresh graduate or experienced in Customer Service or Administrator is an advantage/ Mới tốt nghiệp hoặc có kinh nghiệm trong Dịch vụ khách hàng hoặc Nhân viên văn phòng là một lợi thế

Trình độ học vấn, chuyên ngành (Education Background, Major): Graduated from College / Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên

Trình độ ngoại ngữ (Foreign Languages Skills): English: Reading Document, Writing and Speaking – Basic level. / Tiếng Anh: Đọc hiểu tài liệu, viết và Nói – Cơ bản.

Khác (Others)

• Work independent, team work and Microsoft office skill/ Làm việc độc lộc, làm việc nhóm và kỹ năng vi tính văn phòng
• Good communication is in advantage/ Giao tiếp tốt là một lợi thế.

Additional Information

- Working fulltime: Monday to Friday
- Working time: 8 hours/ day
- Allowance: 300,000 vnd/day
