Responsibilities
- Melakukan recovery Point (cabang) pasca fraud/high PAR (menunggak) dengan penugasan selama 3-6 bulan di Point yang direkomendasikan
- Berkoordinasi dengan BM, AM, RM, HMB terkait strategi recovery PAR dan evaluasi pencapaian bulanan
- Memberikan pendampingan perbaikan bisnis proses, mapping majelis, & revamping majelis.
- SIAP ditempatkan di seluruh cabang Amartha di Indonesia selama 3 - 6 bulan
- Berpengalaman dalam bidang Grameen minimal 2 tahun atau berpengalaman di perusahaan keuangan lainnya
- Memahami dan berpengalaman dalam bidang collection serta penanganan nasabah bermasalah
- Memahami & implementasi bisnis proses berdasarkan konsep Grameen model
- Bersedia traveling dan ditempatkan di seluruh Indonesia
