Currently, we are bidding for Highway projects across India. The position of Team Leader cum Project Manager is the key position in these BIDs.

Missions/Main Duties

• He will be overall in-charge of the project supervision of the constructionpackage.
• His duties will involve overall superintendence over the Resident Engineers and other experts of the construction package.
• He will guide, monitor, supervise and control all the activities related tosupervision for the construction package.
• He will interact with the Engineer In-charge/Authorized official and the other officials of the Employer.

Profile/Skills

• Graduate in Civil/Mining Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Total professional experience of at least 20 years in handling both Bridge and Major Tunnel Projects.
• He should be involved in atleast 10 years in construction/ construction supervision Projects of major Road/ Rail/ Metro tunnel projects.
• Atleast 5 years experience as Team Leader/ Resident Engineer/ Project Manager or similar capacity in supervision of transportation tunnel projects (Road/ Rail/ Metro).
• He should have experience of at least one project as team leader or similar capacity of project preparation/Design of Tunnel (Road/Rail/Metro).
• He should have handled as Team Leader or similar capacity of at least two projects in Construction Supervision of transportation tunnels.
• Experience in project preparation/design/Construction supervision of major tunnel projects in hilly terrain will be given preference.
• Not more than 65 years of age.
