Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and organized Team Leader Trainee to join our Houston team.
In this role, you will work closely with experienced team leaders and management while learning how to coordinate daily activities, support team performance, communicate goals, and help maintain an efficient and positive working environment.
This position provides a structured opportunity to develop leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills while preparing for future advancement within the company.
