Ihre Aufgaben:
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs durch präventive Wartung und schadensorientierte Instandhaltung der Maschinen
- Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Instandhaltungsteams
- Verantwortung für die Erstellung und Koordination von Wartungsplänen sowie Dokumentation aller Reparaturarbeiten
- Erstellung von Bestellanforderungen im System und Einholung von Angeboten
- Kostenkontrolle, Reporting und Dokumentation
- Durchführung elektrischer und mechanischer Instandhaltungsarbeiten an Maschinen
- Planung und Umsetzung von Instandhaltungsprojekten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion und angrenzenden Abteilung wie Qualitätssicherung und Planung
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation und mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Instandhaltung, idealerweise in einem Produktionsumfeld
- Führungserfahrung und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Organisationsstärke, Kostenbewusstsein und Hands-on-Mentalität
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Vorbildfunktion in den Themen Arbeitssicherheit, Umwelt und Qualität
- Sicherer Umgang mit M365 und ERP-Systemen
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Compensation Range:
The pay range for this position is €61,000.00 - €103,700.00 annually. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between70,000.00 to80,000.00 annually. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.Benefits Statement:
