Delivery quality, playbook discipline, and TTFV performance at the Consultant level determine customer health trajectories, renewal outcomes, and the scalability of the Onboarding & Delivery function. This role rewards people who take execution quality seriously and who thrive in a structured, outcome-oriented delivery environment. Technical Consultants are the execution layer of RecordPoint's delivery model. They are responsible for the day-to-day onboarding motion — connecting customer data estates, deploying connectors, producing inventory visibility, and driving customers to first value using standard playbooks and templates. Technical Consultants focus on connector deployment, metadata configuration, and systems integration. Both contribute to the same first-value outcomes.
