The team operates as a small, high-autonomy engineering group within a larger professional services organization. Hands-on technical lead of a small U.S.-based team that builds custom client software and AI-powered tools for legal workflows. This role splits time between writing code and guiding a small development team — the team is small enough that the lead needs to be a strong individual contributor.
