Technical Project Manager (all genders) - Retail and window campaigns

We are currently looking for a Technical Project Manager (all genders) to join our team at our Stuttgart location. With your enthusiasm, you will support our sophisticated retail and window campaigns, ensuring that projects are successfully implemented.

• As a Technical Project Manager (all genders), you steer high-end window campaigns with high quality and aesthetic standards for our client in the luxury sector.
• You serve as the primary point of contact for our clients regarding technical queries and act as the interface between internal design and specialist departments, prototyping, production, and external logistics partners.
• With a keen eye for budgets and processes, you maintain an overview across all project phases, ensuring campaigns are completed successfully, on schedule, and profitably.
• You contribute your technical expertise to material selection and review technical drawings for their feasibility.
• You are responsible for quality gates in production, manage prototyping, VM, and pre-assembly approvals, and oversee the final on-site installation of window campaigns (within Germany).

• You bring at least 3 years of professional experience in project management, ideally with a focus on technical campaigns, prototyping, and production.
• You have a strong technical understanding as well as sound knowledge of materials, and you can read 3D visualizations and technical drawings to translate them into execution.
• You possess very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in German and English, enjoyment of direct client interaction, and motivation to support on-site installations.
• You work independently, structurally, and responsibly with high quality standards, as well as an interest in fashion, innovation, sustainability, and craftsmanship.
