Job Summary

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, onboarding, and candidate experience.
• Build talent pipelines using job portals, referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels.

Client Deployment

• Prepare and enhance employee resumes for client submissions.
• Coordinate client interviews, deployment activities, and work closely with the Sales team to ensure timely resource allocation.

HR Operations

• Manage employee insurance administration, including enrollment, deletions, vendor coordination, and documentation.
• Conduct onboarding sessions, exit interviews, and support employee lifecycle processes.

Campus Recruitment & Bootcamp

• Coordinate campus drives, internship hiring, placement activities, and college partnerships.
• Track Bootcamp attendance, schedule review meetings, and consolidate trainee performance feedback.

Employee Engagement & CSR

• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, annual events, virtual celebrations, wellness activities, and CSR programs.
• Coordinate vendors, venues, gifts, logistics, and event execution.

Employer Branding & Stakeholder Management

• Support employer branding through campus engagement, hackathons, recruitment campaigns, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, Sales, Marketing, educational institutions, and external vendors to ensure timely execution of HR initiatives.
• Maintain recruitment reports, HR documentation, and process trackers.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline. (Preferred BCA/ BSC/ BE-IT/CS)
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent is preferred.

Experience

• 1 to 5 years of experience in Technical Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations.
• Freshers with relevant internships in IT recruitment are encouraged to apply.
