About the Role

We're looking for a Technical Sourcer to join our team during an exciting phase of growth. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our organization by identifying, engaging and building top-of-funnel talent pipelines in service of hiring the best and brightest minds across a range of disciplines. You'll partner closely with our TA Team, Hiring Stakeholders and other key cross-functional partners to support critical business objectives while upholding our standards for excellence, collaboration, and impact.

What You’ll Do

• Partner closely with our Head of Talent & Talent Intelligence Sourcing Lead to align on sourcing strategy, market insights, and pipeline priorities across the org.

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and build effective sourcing strategies across engineering, product, sales, and marketing roles.

• Proactively identify, engage, and build relationships with passive candidates through channels like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X/Twitter, niche communities, and other creative sourcing channels.

• Build and maintain a strong, diverse pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

• Craft compelling, personalized outreach that generates high response rates and reflects our brand and culture.

• Screen candidates for competency and values alignment as an essential filtering stage enabling increased candidate conversions across our hiring funnels.

• Track and manage candidate pipelines in our ATS (Ashby), maintaining consistent data hygiene within operating workflows.

• Stay up-to-date on recruiting best practices, emerging sourcing techniques, interview innovations, and workplace trends.

• Continuously experiment with new sourcing tools, techniques, and channels to improve pipeline quality and speed.

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in sourcing or full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a startup or high-growth tech environment.

• Demonstrated experience sourcing for technical (engineering, product & design) across a variety of technology domains.

• Strong proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, Boolean search).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft outreach that resonates with different candidate audiences.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience sourcing at an early-stage or Series A-C startup.

• AI curious - you will thrive if you’ve built sourcing agents, discovered efficiencies through AI exploration and are insatiably curious about how to best leverage AI to deliver better hiring outcomes and business impact.

• Familiarity with modern sourcing/engagement tools (e.g., Gem, Juicebox).

• Experience building sourcing strategies for niche or hard-to-fill technical roles.

• Prior experience partnering closely with founders or senior leadership on hiring.
