Responsibilities:

• Assembling Line Replacement Unit (LRU) in accordance with engineering drawings, work instructions, and specifications to ensure proper configuration and functionality of systems.
• Utilizing inspection tools or aids to check for physical defects or quality issues before starting the assembly process
• Performing precise alignments and adjustments during assembly to ensure the correct fit and function of components, using precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and depth gauges.
• Demonstrating competency in the use of hand tools, power tools, and torque wrenches throughout the assembly process.
• Promptly resolve issue and ensure all repair cost estimates are updated accurately.
• Work in close cooperation with supervisor and other support personnel to resolve problems as when necessary.
• Adhere to Quality Management System (e.g. AS9110C / Airworthiness Part 145 requirement)
• Complies with all Environment, Health & Safety policies, and regulations
• Complies with all US and Singapore Export Control Regulations
• Ensure full compliance to all required local regulations and corporate requirements, especially in the areas of Ethics, EHS and International Trade Compliance
