Nous recrutons pour la Direction Commerciale Régionale Heidelberg Materials France Bétons région Méditerranée, un/e Technico-Commercial Terrain pour le département de l'Hérault (34) avec un rattachement au site de Saint-Jean-de-Védas.
Rattaché au Chef des ventes, vous êtes en charge des missions suivantes :
- Véritable business déveloper, vous identifiez les chantiers à venir, prospectez de nouveaux clients et développez nos solutions bétons à fortes valeurs ajoutées,
- Vous fidélisez votre clientèle par votre professionnalisme et votre réactivité,
- Vous participez à l’établissement de prévisions commerciales fiables,
- Vous maîtrisez l’usage du CRM dans l’élaboration de vos plans de visites et le reporting associé.
- Vous participez activement à la qualité de facturation et au recouvrement des factures
- Vous assurez le traitement et le suivi des litiges en coordination avec les autres services
Formation / Profil souhaité
- De formation supérieure commerciale ou technique
- Expérience commerciale confirmée dans le secteur du BTP / Matériaux de construction
- Maîtrise de l’outil informatique impérative et connaissance d'un CRM souhaitée
