Técnico de Sistemas I
Principais Atividades
- Realizar manutenção preventiva em contratos fixos.
- Executar inspeções, testes e ajustes nos sistemas instalados.
- Atuar nos sistemas:
- SDAI (Sistema de Detecção e Alarme de Incêndio) - Notifier JCI;
- BMS (Building Management System) - Metasys;
- CFTV - Intelbras e Dahua;
- Sistema de Som.
- Garantir o correto funcionamento dos equipamentos e sistemas sob sua responsabilidade.
- Elaborar registros técnicos e relatórios de manutenção quando necessário.
Requisitos Obrigatórios
- Conhecimento em SDAI (Sistema de Detecção e Alarme de Incêndio).
- Conhecimento básico a intermediário em BMS.
- Conhecimento em CFTV, incluindo câmeras IP e analógicas.
- Conhecimento em Sistema de Som, abrangendo amplificadores e caixas acústicas.
- Conhecimento em Elétrica básica/intermediária.
Formação
- Curso Técnico completo em:
- Eletrotécnica, ou
- Eletrônica.
Diferenciais
- Experiência com os sistemas Notifier JCI, Metasys, Intelbras e Dahua.
- Vivência em manutenção preventiva de sistemas de automação predial, segurança eletrônica e detecção de incêndio.
