About this role
The Tele Sales Officer is responsible for executing outbound sales activities through telephone communication in accordance with the approved sales plan to achieve the best sales results. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, maintaining existing customer relationships, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily outbound sales calls to existing and prospective customers to achieve sales targets.
- Promote the company's products and services over the phone.
- Record and follow up on customer interactions and convert qualified leads into successful sales.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Coordinate with branch sales teams to ensure seamless sales operations.
- Follow up with customers who have not completed their requests through the application and encourage them to proceed.
- Assist customers in opening new accounts when required.
- Contact customers 15 days before contract expiry to confirm renewal or return intentions.
- Deliver a professional customer experience while maintaining service quality and communication standards.
- Contact companies, government entities, and major organizations to present sales offers and establish business agreements.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports to the Sales Manager.
- Maintain the confidentiality of all work-related information.
- Perform any other duties assigned within the scope of the role.
Education
- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (required).
- Bachelor's degree and professional certifications in Sales or a related field (preferred).
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in Sales or a related field (required).
- Experience in selling products or services (preferred).
Languages
- Practical knowledge of English (required).
- Proficiency in Arabic (preferred).
