Job Description
¿Qué harás en tu día a día?
- Atenderás y asesorarás a clientes del mercado alemán.
- Detectarás oportunidades comerciales y cerrarás ventas con foco en calidad y satisfacción.
- Trabajarás con objetivos claros, en un entorno motivador y colaborativo.
- Serás parte activa de un equipo orientado a resultados y mejora continua.

- Modelo de trabajo Híbrido/Remoto en función de tu residencia
- Modelo híbrido: 2 días en oficina + 3 días de teletrabajo.
- 8 semanas al año de teletrabajo 100% remoto, a tu elección.
- Jornada de 36 horas semanales.
- Oficina en pleno centro de Madrid.
- Descuentos exclusivos en viajes y otros beneficios a través de la intranet del staff.
- Turnos rotativos de lunes a domingo entre las 9:00 y las 20:00
- Imprescindible residencia en el territorio español
Qualifications
¿Qué buscamos en ti?
- Nivel alto de alemán y español (hablado y escrito).
- Persona minuciosa, detallista y orientada a la calidad.
- Perfil proactivo, automotivado, con actitud resolutiva y espíritu comercial.
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación, tanto internas como externas.
- Capacidad para trabajar con objetivos claros y medibles.
Valoraremos especialmente si además tienes:
- Experiencia previa en agencias de viajes o sector turístico.
- Alta orientación a resultados.
- Versatilidad y capacidad de adaptación a entornos dinámicos.
