About this role
- ติดต่อบริษัทและองค์กรเพื่อนำเสนอข้อมูลเบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับบริการของบริษัท เช่น Workshop, สัมมนา และโปรแกรมดูแลสุขภาพใจสำหรับองค์กร
- สร้างความสนใจและคัดกรองลูกค้าที่มีโอกาสใช้บริการ
- นัดหมายหรือส่งต่อข้อมูลลูกค้าที่สนใจให้ทีม Sales เข้านำเสนอรายละเอียด
- บันทึกผลการติดต่อและอัปเดตข้อมูลลูกค้าในระบบ
- ใช้ฐานข้อมูลลูกค้าที่บริษัทจัดเตรียมให้ และสามารถค้นหากลุ่มลูกค้าใหม่เพิ่มเติมได้
- เป้าหมายการทำงาน: ติดต่อและพูดคุยกับลูกค้าได้อย่างน้อย 15 สายต่อวัน
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี กล้าพูด และมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน เช่น Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
- มีความรับผิดชอบ ตรงต่อเวลา และสามารถทำงานตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้าน Telemarketing, Call Center, Customer Service หรือการขาย จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

- รับเพิ่ม 1,000 บาท/ดีล เมื่อทีม Sales ปิดการขายกับลูกค้ารายนั้นได้สำเร็จ
- มีการสอนงานและแนะนำข้อมูลบริการก่อนเริ่มปฏิบัติงาน
