Overview

This is a hybrid or remote temporary part-time career opportunity based out of greater Doylestown/Southeastern PA.

 

Core working hours will be Monday through Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm EST working approximately 4 days/32 hours per week.

 

The role will be supporting our Equipment Finance team with portfolio analytics. Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and demands a high level of confidentiality.

 

 

Responsibilities

• Create a digital solution to house specific transactional and relationship data, including reporting capabilities on a relationship basis to risk management partners.
• Work with internal staff and system resources to locate data.
• Work with digital transaction files to find information not currently stored in core systems.
• Store data and train others for ongoing usage of the digital solution.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: business or related field. (Required)

Experience

Financial services and analysis experience (Preferred)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Superior communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team (Required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) (Required)
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail (Required)

This role may perform other job duties as assigned by the manager. Each employee of the Organization, regardless of position, is accountable for reading, understanding and acting on the contents of all Company-assigned and/or job related Compliance Programs, regulations and policies and procedures, as well as ensure that all Compliance Training assignments are completed by established due dates.  This includes but is not limited to, understanding and identifying compliance risks impacting their department(s), ensuring compliance with applicable laws or regulations, and escalating compliance risks to the appropriate level of management.

This is a temporary job and base pay compensation will be determined based on a combination of factors including the duties of the role as well as candidate’s knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials.
