About this role
Define and own the overall testing strategy and approach for the transformation program.
ā¢ Plan and manage all test phases including unit, system, integration, UAT, and regression.
ā¢ Coordinate test execution across functional, technical, and business teams.
ā¢ Ensure test coverage, traceability, and quality against business requirements.
ā¢ Govern defect management, prioritization, and resolution tracking.
ā¢ Maintain test plans, scripts, schedules, and execution reporting.
ā¢ Ensure test readiness and sign off for cutover and go live decisions.
ā¢ Support post go live validation and stabilization testing.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Testing as Lead
coordinate test execution across functional, technical and business terms.
