Job Description
We are currently seeking motivated Tow Truck Driver to join our team in La Prairie, Quebec, from Sunday to Saturday and one weekend out of 2 as of 8:30.  You will play a vital role in our daily operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about automobiles, enjoy hands-on work and providing exceptional customer service.Â
What you’re responsible for:Â
- Safely transporting customers' vehicles from point of pick up to the branch Â
- Maintain accurate records of towing assignments, including vehicle information, pick-up and drop-off locations, and any special instructionsÂ
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tow truck and equipment to ensure safe operationÂ
- Performing labouring tasks that may including depollution, tire dismounting, etcÂ
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors and customers to coordinate towing activitiesÂ
- Providing our customers with excellent customer service! Â
Qualifications
To join our team:Â
- Valid class 5 driver's license with a clean driving abstractÂ
- Knowledge of towing laws, regulations, and safety proceduresÂ
- Ability to operate and maneuver a tow truck safely in various road and weather conditionsÂ
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanorÂ
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsÂ
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervisionÂ
