JOB DESCRIPTION:

职位目标 Job Purpose:

该职位的设置是为了确保大卡生产线的正常运行管理（包含大卡喷涂生产区域和实验室区域）；通过严谨执行操作规范、细致监测生产数据、及时反馈问题，助力提升产品质量。

The position is set up to ensure the operation management of bands production (including Deposition area and laboratory area); help improve product quality through strict implementation of operational specifications, meticulous monitoring of production data, and timely feedback of problems.

主要工作职责 Key Responsibilities:

• 严格遵守安全生产制度，正确使用防护用具，参与安全培训与应急演练。
• Strictly abide by the safety production system, correctly use protective equipment, and participate in safety training and emergency drills.
• 能够熟练掌握缓冲溶液配制、抗体溶液配制、Soapsud Rig和乳胶稀释、胶体金标记和稀释的相关操作。
• Proficient in buffer solution preparation, antibody solution preparation, Soapsud Rig and latex dilution, colloidal gold conjugate and dilution.
• 负责完成生产设备的日常操作，确保设备按流程规范运行，参与设备的清洁、维护，记录设备运行参数。
• Responsible for the daily operation of the production equipment, ensure that the equipment is operated according to the process specifications, participate in the cleaning and maintenance of the equipment, and record the operation parameters of the equipment.
• 负责产品质量管理：按照指令标准作业规范，确保使用正确的物料，生产出合格的半成品。
• Responsible for product quality: follow quality standard operating procedures to ensure the use of correct materials and produce qualified semi-finished products.
• 负责生产过程中所有记录的填写，包括质量、安全、设备停机等记录，确保记录完整、真实、准确、及时。
• Responsible for filling in all records in the production process, including quality, safety, machine shutdown records, etc., to ensure that the records are complete, authentic, accurate and timely.
• 负责所管辖区域内的环境卫生和5S工作，确保工作产生整洁有序。
• Responsible for environmental hygiene and 5S in the area under their responsibility, ensuring a clean and orderly workplace.
• 负责生产现场的物料管理，做好物料的清点、搬运、存储，正确填写物料使用记录。
• Responsible for material management at the production area, do a good job of material inventory, handling and storage, and correctly fill in material usage records.
• 协助组长进行新员工操作培训，确保生产计划的顺利实施。
• Assisted the team leader to conduct new staff operation training to ensure the smooth implementation of the production plan.
• 完成工程师/主管布置的其他任务。
• Finish other duties assigned by production engineer/supervisor.

任职条件Qualifications:

• 个人信息符合招聘条件，且是真实有效的。
• Personal information meets the recruitment requirements and it is true and effective.
• 高中或中专及以上学历。在本公司技术生产车间担任操作工岗位（包含第三方外包公司）超过2年且绩效优秀者，学历可适当放宽。
• High school degree of Secondary vocational school education or above. Those who have worked as operators in the Technical production workshop of our company (including third-party outsourcing companies) for more than 2 years and have excellent performance can have their educational background relaxed appropriately.
• 对外招聘的工作经验要求：2年以上生产线设备或实验室操作管理经验，有设备维修维保经验者优先，机械，数控，电气，生物等相关专业者优先。
• Experience requirements for External recruitment: At least 2 years of experience in production line equipment or laboratory operation and management, with equipment maintenance experience preferred, mechanical, numerical control, electrical, biological and other related majors are preferred.
• 电脑应用：掌握电脑基本操作，熟悉办公软件（Word/Excel），并愿意继续学习。
• Computer skill: Master basic computer operations, familiar with office software (Word/Excel), and willing to continue learning.
• 英语能力：经过培训能够应用简单词汇及工作相关的缩写。具备口语或写作能力者优先。
• English skill: be able to understand and apply simple vocabulary and work-related abbreviations after training. Those with oral or writing skills are preferred.
• 其它能力：强大的执行力，责任心；良好的沟通能力；具备组织管理和协调能力。
• Other abilities: strong execution ability, sense of responsibility; good communication skills; have organizational management and coordination skills.
