The Role

  • Transform complex data into actionable insights that fuel smarter decisions and elevate supply chain performance.
  • Build automated dashboards and standardized reporting tools that bring clarity and visibility to global operations.
  • Champion process optimization by mapping workflows and driving digitalization initiatives that make our supply chain more agile and scalable.
  • Safeguard data integrity by identifying discrepancies, resolving issues, and implementing preventative solutions across multiple tiers.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure seamless execution, traceability, and compliance in every project.
  • Support continuous improvement by contributing to system enhancements, pilot programs, and the development of training materials that empower teams to adopt new tools and processes.
  • Play a key role in Deckers’ digital transformation journey, helping us stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry and making a tangible impact on our business and communities.

Who You Are

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
  • Experience with reporting and visualization tools (Power BI or similar preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
  • Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data and process issues.
  • Working knowledge of supply chain and trade compliance concepts (preferred).
  • Clear communication skills, with ability to simplify complex topics for global teams.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, Statistics, or relevant field.
  • 2+ years of corporate experience in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Procurement, or related field.
