Travel Sales Representative - Luxuria

No Travel Experience Required - This is a hybrid role based out of our Aventura, FL office.

What you'll do

• Call inbound leads first and fast - you're the first human impression of Luxuria
• Qualify with real curiosity: who's traveling, what they're celebrating, what vibe they want
• Build tailored proposals that show clients you actually listened
• Handle objections with confidence and close without pressure
• Build your own book of repeat clients and referrals
• Keep learning destinations, hotel categories, and cruise lines through FAM trips and ongoing training

What we're looking for

• Outbound sales or cold calling experience — any industry. You know how to open a cold or lukewarm conversation and earn trust fast
• A closer's mindset — you're wired to persuade, handle objections, and get to "yes"
• Comfort presenting high-ticket offers ($20K+) with confidence, no hesitation on price
• Genuine phone confidence — you look forward to the call, not dread it
• Self-motivation and strong follow-up discipline — no one has to remind you to chase a lead
• Comfort keeping a clean CRM pipeline

Nice to have

• Interest in travel — you'll pick up the destination knowledge fast if you're curious
• Personal or professional familiarity with Mexico & the Caribbean
• Background in hospitality, athletics, bartending, or retention sales
• Prior experience in the travel industry (genuinely not required — most of our top performers came from other industries)

The Destination Specialist is a full-cycle sales role — you own the lead from the first call to the confirmed booking, and the relationship long after. Inbound inquiries come to us through digital channels; your job is to get them on the phone fast, earn their trust within the first few minutes, and guide them toward an experience they'll talk about long after they're home. You'll build proposals, handle objections, close the booking, and then stay close to that client so the next trip comes back to you too.

We'll teach you the destinations. We'll train you on the product. What we can't teach is the instinct to pick up the phone with energy, the ability to build a genuine connection with a stranger in 60 seconds, and the drive to follow up until you get an answer. That has to come from you. If you love travel, love people, and love the challenge of earning a yes — this is the role where you build a career, not just fill a seat.
