What We’re Looking For: Project ExecutiveÂ
Someone willing to traveling to our various projects: Richmond, VA, Columbus, OH, Cleveland, OH, South Bend, IN, and all throughout PA.Â
Project Executives are accountable for overall project success—delivering projects under budget, increasing profitability, and elevating talent and performance across teams. This role directly leads field labor, project management, and assigned enterprise resources while collaborating with Business Unit Leaders and Project Leaders to refine best practices and improve delivery outcomes.Â

What You’ll Do Â
People LeadershipÂ
- Coordinate manpower planning with Senior Superintendents and Project ManagersÂ
- Build, develop, and retain high-performing project teamsÂ
- Participate in staffing decisions, onboarding, training, and performance reviewsÂ
- Set clear expectations, KPIs, and accountability standardsÂ
- Support company culture, policies, and continuous developmentÂ
Project & Financial Management
- Oversee full project lifecycle from estimating through close-outÂ
- Develop and manage budgets, staffing plans, and financial KPIsÂ
- Maintain healthy cash flow and targeted profit marginsÂ
- Identify risks, trends, and opportunities to optimize performanceÂ
- Collaborate with Estimating and Pre-Construction teamsÂ
- Help develop SOPs and improve project delivery processesÂ
Customer FocusÂ
- Build and maintain strong client relationshipsÂ
- Represent Lighthouse Electric in customer presentations and meetingsÂ
- Support business development through project and opportunity inputÂ
What You Bring Â
- 10+ years of electrical contracting experienceÂ
- Strong understanding of electrical construction operationsÂ
- Experience leading managers and cross-functional teamsÂ
- Proven financial acumen (budgets, projections, risk)Â
- Entrepreneurial, results-driven mindsetÂ
- Strong computer and communication skillsÂ
Physical RequirementsÂ
- Must be able to communicate clearly in person, by phone or virtually with other partiesÂ
- Ability to sit for long periods of timeÂ
- Must be able to stand, bend, lift and move intermittently
- Ability to withstand extended exposure to a computer monitor
- Ability to carry up to 20 pounds

Travel Demands
- Frequently attend off-site meetings and training events
- Visit jobsites on a regular basis
- Visit technical schools, colleges and universities as needed
- Frequent to long term travel to various projects
