About the team 

Enhanced Application Managed Services (EAMS) provides functional application support to global treasury, and payments organizations leveraging FIS Treasury and Capital Markets solutions. The team delivers proactive monitoring, incident management, client advisory, service improvement, and operational support to contracted clients across multiple regions.

What you will be doing 

We are seeking a highly experienced Service Analyst to support managed application services for FIS Trax, Quantum, and related treasury applications. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality client support, Recreate and or document client issues and troubleshoot problems, operational excellence, incident management, and stakeholder engagement, within a 24x5 global support model operating on rotational shifts.

The successful candidate will serve as a senior point of contact for clients and internal teams, provide domain expertise in treasury operations, monitor payment/statement lifecycle, resolve issues raised by clients, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across multiple client environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Service & Operational Support

• Provide functional and application support for FIS Trax, Quantum and allied treasury applications.

• Monitor application health, interfaces, batch processes, reconciliations, and treasury workflows.
• Analyze complex functional / technical issues spanning application, interface, and infrastructure layers. Review logs, application diagnostics, and data validation results to troubleshoot issues.

• Act as escalation point for critical incidents and client issues.
• Manage incidents, service requests, problem management, and root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, operational procedures, and support governance.
• Coordinate and mentor support analysts across rotational shifts.
• Facilitate client meetings, service reviews, and executive communications.
• Support product upgrades, releases, testing, and change management activities.
• Drive continuous service improvement and knowledge management initiatives.
• Act as backup to manager, manager BAU and provide guidance to a team of analysts.

• Coordinate shift coverage and workload distribution across global support teams.

What you bring: 

Required Experience

• 8+ years of supporting Treasury, Banking, or Financial Services applications.
• Experience supporting clients in a global, SLA-driven managed services environment.
• Willingness to work 24x5 rotational support model covering APAC, EMEA, North America clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Finance, Commerce, Business, or related field.
• ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
• Treasury or Cloud certifications are advantageous.
