Role Summary and Impact

As Treasury Senior Associate within the WC Finanzas team—reporting to the Working Capital Leader Andina and leading a team of specialists and trainees—you will plan, safeguard, and optimize the company's financial resources through precise cash flow forecasting, multi-currency analysis, and process automation. Your primary impact lies in securing operational liquidity and mitigating market risks by enforcing strict SOX and internal controls to facilitate strategic decision-making, while mentoring your team and driving a culture of continuous operational improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Experience

• Education & Track Record: Degree (completed/in progress) in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields, with at least 3 years of solid experience in treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, and reconciliations.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (macros and automation tools), multi-currency transaction management, market fluctuation analysis, and corporate banking portals.
• Leadership & Agility: Proven ability to supervise, mentor, and develop junior staff (Specialists/Trainees) while successfully multitasking in dynamic, fast-paced, and high-pressure environments.
• Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Strong focus on internal controls (SOX framework highly valued), exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward process optimization and stakeholder service.
