Job Description
La figura ricercata verrà inserita all'interno dell'Ufficio Finanziario e sarà il punto di riferimento amministrativo per personale viaggiante, occupandosi della gestione dei flussi di spesa, dei rimborsi e degli strumenti finanziari affidati ai dipendenti in trasferta.
Principali Responsabilità:
- Controllo delle richieste di note spese e verifica della conformità documentale/fiscale
- Applicazione della Travel Policy aziendale
- Calcolo e autorizzazione degli anticipi di cassa e liquidazione periodica dei rimborsi spettanti
- Monitoraggio, rendicontazione e riconciliazione contabile dell'utilizzo delle carte Corporate
- Gestione, controllo e quadratura dei fondi cassa aziendali dedicati alle piccole spese e alle trasferte
Qualifications
- Diploma di ragioneria e/o Laurea economica o equipollenti
- 1-2 anni di esperienza in ruoli attinenti (plus)
- conoscenza di SAP (plus)
- conoscenza della lingua inglese (B1)
