Brief Overview of Position

As we aim to provide exceptional customer service, we are looking for a qualified, customer-focused individual to join us as a Treasury Operations Analyst. As a Treasury Operations Analyst, you carry the responsibility of engaging with our internal partners and clients to provide insight, knowledge, and excitement about our Treasury products and services across all channels. This role manages the complete lifecycle of Treasury client relationships — from initial product implementation and client education to ongoing servicing and support. You will be instrumental in onboarding new Treasury products for existing clients, managing new client implementations, ensuring seamless transitions between operational phases, and supporting clients throughout their entire journey with Texas Capital Bank. Your work ensures that clients receive consistent, high-quality service whether they're launching a new Treasury solution or optimizing existing services.

Responsibilities

Core Implementation Responsibilities:

  • Onboard all Treasury products and services for new and existing Treasury clients
  • Project management oversight to drive accuracy and timeliness of onboarding process
  • Review Treasury Management Agreements, internal forms, and onboarding requests to ensure proper execution
  • Act as subject matter expert for Treasury products, services and systems
  • Project management oversight to drive accuracy and timeliness of Treasury Operations
  • Communicate directly with clients or their designees regarding testing and any format changes needed, including ACH files (CSV and NACHA formats), Positive Pay issue files and data transmissions, etc
  • High-Level of verbal and written etiquette to be able to communicate with clients via phone and email
  • Provide high level of client support to clients via phone and email
  • Provide client assistance for various Treasury products as needed
  • Coordinate smooth transition of new clients to Treasury Support Education
  • Act as a liaison with various internal departments to facilitate implementation of products such as Account Recon, Lockbox, Positive Pay, ACH, Wires, etc.
  • Mentor other Implementation Analysts, including training of new associate

Strategic & Process Optimization Responsibilities:

  • Document and maintain implementation procedures – Create, update, and maintain comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs), implementation playbooks, and process documentation to ensure consistency and knowledge transfer across the team
  • Lead project management activities – Establish project timelines, document requirements, identify dependencies, and manage multiple concurrent projects to ensure on-time delivery and accuracy
  • Analyze and map processes – Conduct current-state and future-state process mapping, identify inefficiencies, and develop solutions to streamline the client onboarding experience
  • Identify and drive automation opportunities – Evaluate implementation workflows for automation potential, collaborate with technical teams on robotic process automation (RPA) initiatives, and implement workflow enhancements to improve efficiency
  • Provide technical guidance on Treasury products – Explain and communicate technical specifications, APIs, and system architecture to both internal teams and external clients to facilitate successful implementations
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Core Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree preferred
  • Minimum 3+ years of banking experience, with a working knowledge of treasury products and services preferred
  • Strong oral presentation skills in speaking with clients, both in person and over the phone
  • Relationship Building - Ability to build relationships with clients and internal partners
  • Change Management - Ability to work at a consistently changing/fast pace
  • Time Management - Ability to establish and consistently follow a disciplined process to plan activities, manage time and accomplish tasks and objectives
  • Ability to effectively multi-task, while maintaining a high-level of client support and satisfaction

  • Problem Solving - Ability to identify a problems root cause and drive to resolution
  • Communication - Ability to know when and how to escalate issues and display professionalism in written and oral communications, both internally and externally
  • Technical – Ability to demonstrate knowledge of PC, telecommunication and internet methodologies, and Microsoft office products, (i.e. Excel, MSWord, Outlook, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce a plus

Advanced Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise – Advanced knowledge of APIs, complex Treasury products architecture, payment systems, and technical implementation requirements. Ability to understand and communicate technical specifications with both internal teams and external clients.
  • Project Management Competency – Ability to lead and manage projects at a program level, including establishing timelines, documenting requirements, identifying dependencies, and driving projects to successful completion. Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Process Documentation & Procedure Development – Ability to create, update, and maintain comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs) and implementation playbooks. Proficiency in technical writing and documentation standards.
  • Process Mapping & Analysis – Ability to map current state and future state processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop solutions. Experience with flowcharting and process improvement methodologies.
  • Automation & Workflow Enhancement – Familiarity with business process automation, robotic process automation (RPA) tools, and workflow optimization. Ability to identify opportunities for process automation and collaborate with technical teams to implement solutions.
