This role serves as a key member of the Family Office team, helping clients navigate complex estate planning matters while ensuring an exceptional client experience. The Trust & Estate Paralegal will work closely with clients, advisors, attorneys, CPAs, and other professionals to facilitate estate planning projects, review and summarize estate planning documents, coordinate implementation of planning recommendations, and monitor ongoing legal and trust-related matters. The ideal candidate has a strong background in trusts and estates, private client services, or family office services.  This position is well-suited for someone who enjoys organizing complex information, managing multiple projects, creating an exceptional client experience, and serving as a trusted resource for both clients and internal team members.
