Job Description

Hỗ trợ và điều phối các hoạt động kiểm định nhằm đảm bảo vận hành thông suốt và cung cấp dịch vụ đúng thời hạn cho khách hàng.

Trách nhiệm chung (General duties)

• Thực hiện phát hành chứng thư kiểm định hằng ngày theo phân công.
• Lập kế hoạch và đảm bảo chứng thư được phát hành đúng thời hạn theo yêu cầu của khách hàng.
• Chịu trách nhiệm về tính chính xác và việc phát hành các chứng thư kiểm định.
• Tham gia duy trì hệ thống quản lý chất lượng của bộ phận.
• Tiếp nhận và xử lý các yêu cầu kiểm định từ khách hàng.
• Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan (Kinh doanh, Phòng thí nghiệm, QA, v.v.) để xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh.
• Trao đổi với khách hàng để xác nhận lịch trình và cập nhật thông tin khi cần thiết.
• Nhận diện và đề xuất các cải tiến nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả vận hành.

Chuẩn bị báo cáo phân tích mẫu và gửi kết quả phân tích cho khách hàng.

Qualifications

Kinh nghiệm (Experiences): Có ít nhất 01 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Hành chính, Chăm sóc khách hàng hoặc Điều phối.

Trình độ học vấn, chuyên ngành (Education Background, Major): Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng hoặc Đại học chuyên ngành Công nghệ Thực phẩm, Kỹ thuật Hóa học, Công nghệ Sinh học hoặc các ngành liên quan.

Trình độ ngoại ngữ (Foreign Languages Skills): Có khả năng sử dụng tiếng Anh tốt trong đọc hiểu và trao đổi qua email.

• Kỹ năng giao tiếp và phối hợp công việc hiệu quả.
• Khả năng xử lý nhiều công việc cùng lúc và làm việc dưới áp lực cao.

• Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề tốt.
• Thành thạo Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
