About this role

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join our team in Porvorim, Goa. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing modern, responsive websites and mobile applications, with a strong understanding of both UX and UI design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand project requirements, user needs, and business objectives.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
  • Design responsive websites and mobile applications.
  • Create interactive prototypes using Figma.
  • Develop and maintain reusable design systems and UI components.
  • Collaborate with developers, project managers, and clients to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback.
  • Ensure consistency across layouts, typography, colours, spacing, and visual elements.
  • Present design concepts and clearly communicate design decisions.
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Stay updated with current UI/UX trends and best practices.

Required Skills

  • 2–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or a similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile UI/UX projects.
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Strong understanding of wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and interaction design.
  • Good knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design.
  • Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layouts, grids, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience with design systems and reusable components.
  • Understanding of usability and user-centred design principles.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS will be an advantage.

Good to Have

  • Experience designing SaaS products, web applications, or mobile apps.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite / Adobe XD.
  • Experience with animations and micro-interactions.
  • Understanding of accessibility and WCAG guidelines.
  • Experience working with international clients.
  • Basic understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or React Native.
