Right now, our Media team is looking for talented people who want ownership, impact, and the opportunity to help scale a high-performing international media business.

UX/UI & Visual Designer (Mid-level)

We are looking for a Mid-Level UI/UX & Visual Designer with strong mobile-first expertise who can create conversion-focused digital experiences and adapt them effectively across all screen sizes. The primary focus of this role is UI/UX design for content-heavy websites, landing pages, digital components, and A/B tests. Strong visual and graphic design capabilities are also required to support the role through the creation of logos, infographics, promotional materials, campaign assets, and other brand-related visuals when needed. The ideal candidate has strong foundational design skills, can work independently, and uses AI thoughtfully to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, and production without compromising quality, originality, or professional judgment.

🎯 What You’ll Do?

  • Design mobile-first, responsive experiences for content-heavy websites, landing pages, promotional components, and A/B tests;
  • Translate briefs, business requirements, and CRO hypotheses into clear, engaging, and conversion-focused design solutions;
  • Prioritize content, interactions, usability, and conversion on smaller screens before expanding solutions to tablet and desktop breakpoints;
  • Create logos and supporting brand assets for new and existing digital brands;
  • Design infographics, promotional materials, campaign visuals, banners, icons, and other marketing assets;
  • Create and maintain reusable Figma components, templates, and design-system elements;
  • Prepare polished designs and clear specifications for development handoff;
  • Collaborate with the Design Team Lead, PMs, developers, CRO, SEO, content, and other stakeholders;
  • Research competitors, explore alternative solutions, and make informed design decisions;
  • Manage multiple tasks and communicate proactively about progress, blockers, and deadlines;
  • Review your work carefully before delivery and maintain consistent visual quality across different brands and projects.

🎯 What We’re Looking For?

  • Tool Proficiency: Advanced Figma skills (Auto Layout, variants, components, prototyping), Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • UI/UX & Mobile Mastery: Strong mobile-first mindset with deep knowledge of user flows, information architecture, visual hierarchy, spacing, accessibility, and responsive behaviour.
  • Graphic & Visual Design: branding, logo design, infographics, promotional assets, and campaign visuals fundamentals with a portfolio showing both UI/UX case studies and creative visual/branding assets (logos, marketing assets).
  • Pragmatic AI Usage: Ability to prompt and use AI tools to boost speed and research, combined with the critical eye needed to evaluate, refine, and humanize outputs so they meet brand and quality standards. Be comfortable working with Claude, OpenAI Codex, Gemini, ChatGPT, Figma AI and other AI-related tools. This should be used to accelerate and improve already competent design process, not to replace it.
  • Execution & Ownership: Comfortable with taking ownership over designing content-heavy and conversion-focused digital experiences. Ability to maintain consistency with established brand design systems, accessibility standards, and project requirements.
  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to understand a problem, conduct relevant research, explore alternatives, and make informed design decisions independently. Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, intuitive, and visually engaging interfaces.
  • Strong attention to detail: and the ability to evaluate work critically before delivery.
  • Industry experience: affiliate marketing, digital media, or another conversion-focused environment.
    Nice-to-have:
  • Experience with motion design and Adobe After Effects.

🎯 Our Core Values

  • Passion & Curiosity
    You are naturally curious and love understanding how things really work. You ask why, learn fast, and enjoy exploring the game behind the game: users, algorithms, markets, competitors, incentives, psychology, and technology.
  • Performance & Action
    You turn ideas into action. You ship, test, measure, and improve. You focus on outcomes, not activity, and you understand that real performance is measured by impact, not meetings, messages, or hours worked.
  • Honesty & Ownership
    You tell the truth early, take responsibility, and communicate clearly. You do not blame, hide, or wait. When something is unclear, you clarify it. When something is broken, you help fix it. When you own something, you drive it forward.
