Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Client Relationship
● Manage day-to-day recruitment support for warehouse and distribution centre clients.
● Build strong working relationships with site managers, shift supervisors, and HR teams.
● Conduct regular onsite visits and client service reviews.
● Act as the main point of contact for all staffing requirements and workforce planning discussions.
● Resolve client issues promptly, ensuring high service satisfaction.
Warehouse Recruitment Delivery
● Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns for warehouse roles, including peak seasonal demand.
● Source candidates via job boards, referrals, advertising, local networking, and social media.
● Screen candidates through interviews and suitability checks.
● Coordinate start dates, shift patterns, inductions, and onboarding.
● Maintain a strong pipeline of available candidates for urgent requirements.
Workforce Planning & Scheduling
● Support clients with forecasting and planning staffing levels.
● Manage shift bookings, rota requirements, and short-notice cover.
● Reduce attrition by improving candidate engagement and retention strategies.
● Monitor attendance and performance of temporary workers, addressing issues proactively.
Compliance & Health and Safety
● Ensure all candidates complete Right to Work checks and relevant documentation.
● Maintain compliance with recruitment legislation and internal procedures.
● Ensure candidates are briefed on PPE, warehouse safety standards, and site policies.
● Manage onboarding documentation, timesheets, and worker records accurately.
Commercial Performance & Growth
● Identify opportunities to increase business within existing accounts.
● Support contract renewals and negotiate terms where required.
● Work towards weekly/monthly KPIs including fill rates, revenue, and worker retention.
● Upsell additional recruitment solutions such as onsite coordination, managed services, or permanent hiring support.
Reporting & Administration
● Maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM system.
● Provide regular reports on fill rates, attrition, attendance, and workforce performance.
● Track recruitment activity and ensure all vacancies are updated and prioritised correctly.
