About this role
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Power Platform Developer from 7 to 10+ Yrs to lead the design, development, and scaling of enterprise automation solutions within a banking environment. The candidate will be responsible for transforming existing automation prototypes into robust, production-ready solutions that deliver significant operational efficiencies and FTE savings.
The role will focus on automating critical banking processes, including:
- Loan Origination
- AML/KYC Periodic Reviews
- Trade Operations
- Remittance Processing
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, solution architecture, system integrations, governance, and banking operations.
Mandatory Skills

- Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows)

- Azure Services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure AD)

- Agile/Scrum Methodology
- Enterprise Application Development
- Banking or Financial Services domain experience
