• Average of 16–18 patients per day
• Wellness appointments scheduled for 20 minutes
• Sick and urgent care appointments scheduled for 30 minutes
• Two technicians per doctor

• House-call euthanasia services
• Orthopedic specialist who performs advanced procedures at the hospital
• Boarding and grooming facilities connected to the practice

Schedule & Work-Life Balance We believe great medicine starts with a healthy work-life balance.

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Four-day workweek for full-time veterinarians
• One weekday off each week
• Monday–Friday schedule only
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Dedicated lunch break from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM daily
• No weekends

Mentorship & Support for New Graduates We are passionate about supporting new grads and helping them thrive. Our mentorship program includes:

• Structured onboarding and orientation
• One-on-one surgical training

• Blocked appointment times for additional support and learning
