Jackson Veterinary Hospital is looking for an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our fantastic team. Our receptionists are an essential part of the client experience, helping every pet owner feel welcomed, informed, and supported from the moment they call or walk through our doors.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
  • Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service
  • Schedule appointments and help manage the daily appointment calendar
  • Check clients and patients in and out efficiently
  • Process payments and maintain accurate client and patient information
  • Communicate hospital services, policies, and next steps clearly to clients
  • Manage messages, reminders, and basic administrative tasks
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • Collaborate with doctors, technicians, assistants, and fellow receptionists to support smooth hospital workflow
  • Provide calm, compassionate support during both routine and emotional visits
