- Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Anfragen ĂĽber eine telefonische Hotline Montag bis Donnerstag, 8:00 bis 16:00 Uhr
- Schriftliche Bearbeitung von Anfragen in einem Funktionspostfach (FMB)
- Schriftliche Bearbeitung von Anfragen im SeCe-IT (FMB)
- Kunden zu Fans machen
- UnterstĂĽtzung bei Angeboten, Konzepten und Design
- Coaching von Mitarbeitern und Teams aller Segmente
- AnforderungsmanagementÂ
- Unterstützung der Umsatzsicherung im Festnetzbereich im komplexen AGB-Geschäft
- Überprüfung und ggf. Erstellung spezifischer Lösungsdesigns basierend auf den Kundenanforderungen
- Sicherer Umgang mit den spezifischen Hardwareprodukten der CloudPBX
- Sichere Kenntnisse der Dienste im CompanyFlex
- Erstellung von realisierbaren und schnell umsetzbaren Angeboten mit dem zugeordneten AGB-Portfolio
- Hochwertiges, technisch korrektes Lösungsdesign
- Sicherstellung der MarktfĂĽhrerschaft und profitables Wachstum
- Gewährleistung des besten Kundenerlebnisses
Qualifikationen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Teamfähigkeit
- Technisches Fachwissen in den Bereichen IT und UCC
- Hohe Eigenmotivation, sowie eigenverantwortliches und selbstständiges Arbeiten
- Bereitschaft zur Mitarbeit in einer Hotline mit festen Besetzungszeiten
- Gutes kaufmännisches Grundverständnis
- Kunden- und dienstleistungsorientiertes sowie wirtschaftliches Denken
