- Memimpin operasional bisnis dan tim lapangan pada area kerja yang ditentukan.
- Mengelola pencapaian target penyaluran pembiayaan mikro dan kualitas portofolio.
- Melakukan monitoring collection serta menjaga repayment rate dan PAR tetap sehat.
- Merekrut, melatih, dan melakukan coaching terhadap tim operasional.
- Mengembangkan strategi akuisisi nasabah dan ekspansi wilayah.
- Memastikan proses bisnis berjalan sesuai SOP dan kebijakan perusahaan.
- Membangun hubungan baik dengan komunitas dan nasabah untuk meningkatkan loyalitas.
- Membuat evaluasi performa tim dan laporan operasional secara berkala.
