About this role
Our warehouse team members are the ambassadors of our Construction Rental Equipment Division. We are seeking a customer service–oriented individual who values teamwork, communication, and reliability to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare equipment in advance of loading and delivery
- Greet customers and assist with loading and unloading rental equipment in the warehouse and equipment yard
- Ensure all equipment is clean, fueled, and ready for rental
- Inspect, clean, and restock returned equipment
- Perform basic maintenance tasks as required
- Support operations across other divisions including portable toilet services, event operations, and yard activities as needed
- Assist with deliveries and pickups which may include driving.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of construction equipment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read instructions, complete basic paperwork, and perform basic math
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to perform demanding manual work
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Well-groomed, organized, and personable
- Valid Cayman Islands Group 2 Driver’s License (or equivalent)
- Clean police clearance
