Job Description

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse/Delivery Driver to join our team in Birmingham, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of products to our customers while maintaining warehouse operations standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently to transport products to designated locations
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and minimize fuel consumption
• Load, unload, and secure cargo according to company standards and safety regulations
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, timestamps, and inventory documentation
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical safety and report any maintenance issues
• Interact professionally with customers during deliveries and address any inquiries or concerns
• Organize and manage warehouse inventory, including receiving, storing, and retrieving products
• Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety protocols while operating vehicles
• Assist with warehouse operations tasks such as sorting, labeling, and packaging when not on delivery routes
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and workspace

• Must be able to lift 100lbs. 

• Other duties per manager's discretion 

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Proven experience in warehouse operations, delivery services, or logistics
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds regularly
• Proficiency with GPS and navigation systems
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and protocols
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical capability to perform repetitive lifting and loading tasks
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory tracking software
• Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or willingness to obtain one
• Forklift certification or willingness to become certified
• Experience with vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting
