For our HQ office and warehouse in Rotterdam, The Netherlands we are looking for an enthusiastic Warehouse & Logistics Assistant who enjoys hands-on work, stays organized and has an interest in technology.

You will start at the heart of our logistics operation, working daily with ticket printers, scanners, parts and tickets that are shipped to customers all over the world. The best part? You don’t need to be a technical expert. If you are interested in technology and eager to learn, we will provide the guidance you need. Through internal training and on-the-job learning, you will gradually become familiar with our printers and technology. Step by step, you can take on more technical tasks and responsibilities and develop towards a Technical Support role (if you like!)

Who are we?

TLS – Boca Systems is the largest distributor of BOCA thermal ticket printers, with operations in the Netherlands, Germany, the United Kingdom, Spain, Poland, Dubai, Mexico and Australia. Our printers and tickets are used worldwide by football clubs, stadiums, museums, cinemas, theatres, amusement parks and many other organizations.

Behind all those printers, parts and tickets is an international team working together to ensure our customers can rely on us. And you could be part of that team!

What will you do?

As a Logistics/Warehouse Assistant, you will help ensure that our logistics operation runs smoothly and that customer orders are delivered correctly and on time.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving and checking incoming printers, tickets, scanners and parts.
• Picking, packing and preparing customer orders for shipment.
• Checking outgoing orders to ensure they are complete and correct.
• Maintaining stock levels and processing inventory movements in our ERP system.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organized and well structured.
• Preparing printers and other equipment before they are shipped to customers.
• Working closely with our Sales and Technical Support colleagues to ensure orders reach customers correctly and on time.

In short: you make sure the right product, in the right condition, reaches the right customer at the right time.

This is where this logistics role is a little different from the usual warehouse position.

You don’t need years of technical experience or a technical qualification to join us. A practical mindset, some basic hands-on skills and, most importantly, an interest in technology and a willingness to learn are much more important to us. Through internal training and guidance from your colleagues, you will gradually learn more about our products and technology.

For example, you can learn how to:

• Set up, configure and test BOCA ticket printers.
• Perform technical checks and basic maintenance.
• Test print quality, barcode scanners and RFID functionality.
• Identify and resolve common technical issues.
• Configure printers according to customer requirements.
• Support our Technical Support department with technical tasks.
  
  

The more you learn, the more technical responsibilities you can take on. For someone with ambition, this role offers a great opportunity to develop from logistics into a Technical Support position.

Who are we looking for?

You could be a great fit if you:

• You live in the Netherlands
• Have at least an MBO-level education or equivalent level of working and thinking.
• Have at least 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics or similar environment.
• Enjoy practical, hands-on work.
• Are comfortable working with computers.
• Have an interest in technology and are eager to learn more.
• Are physically able to carry out warehouse duties.
• Speak Dutch and English.
• Hold a valid category B driving license.
• Preferably want to work full-time (40 hours per week).
  

Already have experience with ERP systems, printers, electronics or other technical products? That’s a plus, but certainly not a requirement. Your attitude, willingness to learn and motivation are more important to us than already knowing everything. We can teach you the technical knowledge.
