Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a technically-minded and analytical Warranty Engineer to join our international R&D center in Prague. In this role, you will act as a key technical expert, bridging the gap between product development and real-world application. You will be responsible for the "detective work" involved in analyzing technical data and hardware returned from the field, ensuring that our high-tech automotive solutions maintain the highest standards of excellence for a major global car manufacturer.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Analysis: Investigating electronic components and systems returned from the field to identify root causes of failures (using standard methodologies like QRQC).
• Problem Solving: Actively participating in technical initiatives to propose and implement corrective actions, ensuring continuous product improvement.
• Technical Documentation: Preparing clear and concise technical reports, specifications, and presentations to communicate findings to internal stakeholders and the customer.
• Production Phase Support: Supporting the critical ramp-up period as new high-tech products enter the mass production phase.
• Collaboration: Working within a multinational team of experts, collaborating closely with R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing departments.

What do we expect from you?

• Education: University degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field).
• Analytical Skills: A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to systematically analyze technical issues.
• Language Skills: Communicative level of English (essential for daily communication within our multinational team).
• Experience: Previous experience in a technical role (Quality, Testing, or R&D) is an advantage, but we also welcome talented graduates with a passion for automotive technology.
• Professionalism: High level of responsibility, precision, and the ability to handle confidential project information.
