Purpose Statement
We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Wealth Manager with a proven track record in deposit mobilization and a strong movable portfolio of high-net-worth and affluent clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing client relationships, growing the organization's investment and savings portfolio, providing tailored wealth management solutions, and driving sustainable revenue through strategic financial advisory services.
Responsibilities
Source and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients for deposit and investment products.
Drive deposit mobilization by promoting fixed deposit, and investment plans to existing and new clients.
Conduct thorough financial needs assessments to recommend customized investment strategies.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business, retention, and referrals.
Monitor and track deposit targets, ensuring monthly and quarterly growth KPIs are achieved.
Conduct regular financial reviews with clients to track progress and ensure their goals are being met.
Stay up to date with market trends and provide clients with relevant insights and updates on investment opportunities.
Conduct presentations, one-on-one consultations, and financial education sessions to grow client engagement.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements in all investment and deposit-related activities.
Provide regular reports on performance, pipeline, and client feedback to leadership.
Attend industry events, seminars, and conferences to build networks and enhance the visibility of CredPal's wealth management services.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years' proven experience in fixed deposit mobilization, investment sales, wealth management, investment banking, or portfolio growth.
Demonstrated ability to mobilize deposits and manage a strong movable portfolio of affluent and high-net-worth clients.
Sound knowledge of financial products, investment markets, wealth creation strategies, and investor behavior.
Proven track record of consistently achieving deposit mobilization, sales, and revenue targets.
Strong business development, relationship management, and client acquisition skills.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to build long-term, trusted client relationships.
Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple client portfolios effectively.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
